一、资助对象 ELIGIBILITY |
非中国籍人士。Non-Chinese citizens.
身心健康，品学兼优。
In good physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally.
志于从事汉语教育、教学及汉语国际推广相关工作。
Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language.
年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2019年9月1日计）。在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
Between the age of 16-35 on September 1st, 2019. Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45, while undergraduate students shall not be over 25.

汉办与山东师范大学合作设立“山东师范大学孔子学院奖学金”，山东师范大学根据汉办制定的奖学金生相关申请条件，通过汉办孔子学院奖学金招生平台统一录取。 In cooperation with Hanban, Shandong Normal University has established Shandong Normal University Confucius Institute Scholarship. 三、资助内容 COVERAGE AND CRITERIA |
孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。其中，本科生、一学年和一学期研修生生活费标准为2500元人民币/月；汉语国际教育硕士生为3000元人民币/月。
Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses. Living allowance standard is as follows:
CNY 2,500 for Bachelor’s Degree students, One-Academic-Year students and One-Semester students.
CNY 3,000 for Master’s Degree students

护照照片页扫描件。
A scanned copy of passport photo page
HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).
推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions.
与学历生有关的证明材料For degree scholarship program applicants
提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。
A certificate of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript.
汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。
Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors. Those who can provide a work contract with a teaching institution of related proofs upon completing their studies in China are preferred.
在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall provide the proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employer.
未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
六、申请流程 APPLICATION PROCEDURE |
申请者登录孔子学院奖学金网站（cis.chinese.cn），查询选择推荐机构。
Applicants can visit the Confucius Institute Scholarship website (cis.chinese.cn) to inquire about and select the recommending institutions.
2019年3月1日起，申请者请登录孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.chinese.cn），在线注册、填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》并上传有关证明材料电子扫描件。
Applicants log in scholarship website http://cis.chinese.cn , register and fill in the application on line, and then upload all the required documents since March 1, 2019.
推荐机构审核并推荐合格学生至我校。
Recommending institutions review and recommend qualified students to study at Shandong Normal University(SDNU).
我校审核入学资格，择优预录取。
SDNU examines the admission qualifications of applicants and pre-admits on merit.
汉办集中评审，择优资助，于入学前3个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
Hanban will complete the scholarship review and notify the results three months before enrollment of the admitted students
我校与获奖学生确认留学意向后，将寄发录取通知材料。学生可在线打印获奖证书。
After confirming with the admitted students, SDNU will post the admission documents. Students can print scholarship certificate online.
